Council Meeting
Ordinary Council Meeting (OCM) is convened by the Council Chairperson to discuss business related to the Council and the Society. The Council Chairperson can also convene Emergency Council Meeting (ECM) when there is emergency issues. All council meetings are opened to all Members of the Society.
常規評議會會議是由評議會主席召開，並處理不同評議會及工程學會的事宜。評議會主席亦可召開緊急評議會會議以處理緊急事務。所有基本會員亦可出席評議會會議。
