Engineering Council, HKUSU is the highest authority only second to the General Polling and General Meeting of Engineering Society, HKUSU. The Council serves as the legislative and judicial body of the Society, which including the following functions:

• To directly deal with all affairs of the Society

• To formulate policies of the Society in accordance with its purpose

• To represent the Society members in such matters as affecting their interest

• To supervise and deal with all matters of Academic Societies

• To prepare Council Report

香港大學學生會工程評議會是香港大學學生會工程學會僅次於全民大會及全民投票之最高權力機構。評議會集立法權及司法權於一身，並包括以下功能︰

• 處理學會所有事務

• 按學會功能制定政策

• 於影響會員利益之議題上代表他們

• 監察並處理學術屬會相關事宜

• 準備評議會報告
